Dr. Zach was born and raised in Bayport, NY. He now lives in Lake Grove, NY with his wife, Erin, and young son, Ben. He loves Long Island, and is passionate about helping it's natives feel better and live well.

At the age of 17, Dr. Zach was diagnosed with leukemia. The experience was not only physically challenging but also a transformative period in his life. During his recovery, he became fascinated by the body’s incredible ability to heal itself and was inspired by the importance of maintaining overall wellness. This personal connection to health drove him to pursue a career in chiropractic, where he could make a difference in the lives of others.

In his free time, he enjoys playing with his son Ben and exploring the island.
